Starting rates depend on your level of experience,
first-year earnings typically ranging from $95,000 to $105,000.

Potential Pay

Experienced drivers can earn $110,000 to $120,000+ per year, with the top 30% of the fleet averaging around $115,000 annually.

Do You Qualify?

Must start in our flatbed/stepdeck division and advance on performance
Age: Minimum 23 years
License: Valid Class A CDL (no endorsements required)
Experience: 5 years of tractor-trailer driving (military experience accepted)
Driving Record: Clean FMCSA Clearinghouse Record
Background Check: Must pass criminal screening (clean record needed)
Drug Screening: Mandatory test plus random checks
Language: Must read and speak English
